GDS / Global Distribution System
Travel agencies and corporate travel departments can now use the Saturn GDS booking tool to make ground transportation reservations via SABRE, WORLDSPAN, APOLLO or E-Travel Global Distribution Systems in less than 30 seconds per reservation.

DriveCam Vehicle Monitoring System
We have installed DriveCam in all of our vehicles.
DriveCam is a digital video recorder that is mounted behind the rearview mirror
of the vehicle. This device measures the G-forces within the vehicle and records
any abrupt or potentially dangerous movements that the vehicle may make.
The initiation of an event causes DriveCam to record everything that it sees,
and everything that it hears, during a twenty second interval, commencing ten
seconds before the trigger, and lasting through ten seconds after the trigger.
All Pontarelli vehicles are equipped with Vehicle Monitoring. From within our offices, we can see the precise location of your vehicle. This is commonly used for verifying a vehicle location, routing a vehicle to a difficult location and if needed, we can lock or unlock the doors.
Commercial and Private Aviation Flight Tracking
Though the use of RLM FlightView Software, we have integrated commercial and most private aviation arrival and departure information into our dispatch screen. The moment your flight gets off the ground, our satellite dish receives the correct arrival information and updates your reservation. This provides our dispatchers with the latest arrival information available.
Our state of the art dispatch system ensures your nation-wide reservations are managed with the professionalism you have come to expect. Our highly automated system allows us to make changes at a moments notice, while maintaining history on each and every reservation.
Back-Up
Our facility is equipped with a fully integrated backup power system. File servers are backed -up on site as will as off-site to insure we never loose a reservation.
