Reliable, Comfortable, Late-Model Vehicles
We know that the appearance and performance of our cars reflects on you, and we take seriously the responsibility of representing you well. All cars in the Pontarelli fleet are meticulously maintained and kept spotlessly clean. We don't put any car over five years old on the road, and we retire our vehicles long before they show signs of wear and tear. You will be proud to send Pontarelli to pick up your most important clients or chauffeur your most valued customers.
All our vehicles are completely up to date with their inspections and registrations, and adhere to all state and local laws and regulations regarding vehicle condition and markings.
GPS Tracking and Driver ID
Our in-house mobile app is free to download and offers you the opportunity to track the precise location of your vehicle so you always know where your car is and when it will arrive to meet you. The app also provides a description of the vehicle and photo ID of your driver.
Insurance
We require all Pontarelli drivers to carry high limits of applicable insurance coverage pursuant to the laws of the state of Illinois and the city of Chicago and outlying areas. We also require them to list our company as an insured entity on those polices. To ensure that you are fully covered and that your needs are fully met in the unlikely event that an accident occurs, we also carry our own blanket policy to cover any shortfalls in our drivers' coverage.

This is why we employ some of the best and most reliable security measures available, to ensure that your personal and financial data remains safe and confidential. Our IT platform meets and exceeds some of the most rigorous standards for safety and security in our industry.
