There are many ingredients that go into providing our clients with the transportation services that can accommodate all of their ground transportation needs wherever their travels may take them. To name a few, Pontarelli upgrades vehicles every 12 to 18 months. We are ICC and DOT licensed thus allowing us to transport passengers across state lines. We have a progressive chauffeur training program encompassing yearly DOT physicals, drug and alcohol testing. Our reservation and dispatch departments are fully automated. We have a 24 hour wash staff to clean vehicles between reservations, certified mechanics that ensure our vehicles are safe and well maintained, bilingual chauffeurs, tour guides, and on site personnel for multiple vehicle functions. Having Pontarelli's Chauffeurs take you where you need to go is as close as you can get to having your own private chauffeur on staff.
